LOCATE MODEL/SERIAL TAG HELP GUIDE

* Helpful Tip:
F Have A Good Flashlight, Small Mirror and a Pen and Paper
* Never Remove A Model/Serial Number Tag for any reason !

ALL DISPOSAL UNITS and Hot -1 units : (See example picture to the left)

The Model /Serial Number Tag is a mailing label size 2-part Silver Sticker that can be found the lowest side of the disposal unit. Older Model/Serial number Tags brand two letters followed by 7 or 9 numbers (SN:0808555555) but
Most recent dated units have 11 numbers (SN:08085555555)

If the Tag is not visible looking head on then it may be on the back side. We suggest maneuvering the mirror and flashlight slowly around the lower side of the unit until you see its Tag reflection in the mirror. Then write down the Model & Serial Number on a piece of paper.

ALL HOT WATER DISPENDERS: (See example picture to the left)

All Hot Water Dispensers are identified by 2 different Model/Serial Number Tags
(One for the Faucet Assembly and One for the Heating Tank) because the problem that you may have is typically found in only one of the two components.

The Heating Tank is located below inside your cabinet. The Model/Serial Number Tag is located of front of the tank just below were you adjust the temperature. In fact this tag will have a duplicate tag branding the Model/Serial Number of the tank.

The Faucet Assembly is what is above your sink but the Tag for it is found below inside your cabinet. When looking at the top of your Heating Tank you will see a Blue_Tube/Water line that identifies your Faucet Assembly.

*Be Advised: If for any reason that the problem that you are experiencing is "Not Due to a Defect" in the Insinkerator product than you will be responsible for all Service and Trip or Mileage Fees.
